Hakka Foods , a market-leading brand in the FMCG food industry, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Tradesperson to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing mechanical systems and equipment across all operational departments, and ensuring HACCP and WH&S obligations are continuously met. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities: Assemble, install, test and maintain equipment, appliances and fixtures using hand and power tools Qualifications: - Perform modification on machine parts as instructed - Inspect mechanical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, and the need for adjustment or repair - Test and troubleshoot mechanical equipment and fixtures - Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components, to breakdown and correct the problem - Ensure WH&S systems and procedures are in place, compliant, operating effectively and efficiently, and continuously reviewed and improved - Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget - Maintain a safe...
