We are looking for a confident and engaging Customer Experience Trainer to join our team on a 12‑month secondment cover . This role plays a key part in ensuring our customer-facing teams are equipped to succeed, delivering high-quality induction and ongoing training that drives excellent customer service. You will design, deliver and evaluate engaging training programmes covering customer service skills, product knowledge, and company systems and procedures, while creating and maintaining up-to-date training materials aligned with best practice. Working closely with management, you will identify skill gaps, tailor training to different roles and experience levels, support new starters through onboarding, and provide ongoing coaching and refresher sessions. Through continuous evaluation and improvement, you will help build capability, confidence, and consistency across the call centre.
