Salary/Position Classification: - $1403.78 per 4 credit course monthly; if contracted for SPEA an additional $822.50 monthly - 10.68 - 21.36 hours per week - 100% Remote Work Availability: No - Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): Yes Purpose of Position: The Department of Languages & Global Studies (LGS) at the University of North Dakota seeks a part-time instructor to teach introductory level Spanish language courses in online asynchronous and/or in-person formats. The position is contingent upon adequate enrollment and availability of funding. The successful applicant will teach two sections of Spanish 101 for Fall 2026 and develop first-year online asynchronous courses for year-round availability as “self-paced enroll anytime” options. Spring 2027 courses will be determined by your department chair.
