You’ll take ownership of complex design initiatives from discovery through to delivery and iteration, shaping how users interact with loyalty programs, incentives, and engagement features. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners to define success metrics, evaluate post-launch impact, and continuously improve experiences based on insights.
