Job DetailsJob Location: DeSoto Palms Assisted Living Community - Sarasota, FL 32423Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $15.00 - $16.00 HourlyJob Shift: DaySunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. The Front Desk Concierge provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The position will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties. STANDARD REQUIREMENTS: · Is knowledgeable of resident rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment · Supports and cooperates with specific procedures and programs for: · Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management, and security, report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs · Confidentiality of all data including resident, employee and operations data · Quality Improvement and compliance with all regulatory requirements · Compliance with cur...
