Summary/Objective: The Custodial & Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing consistent, high-quality custodial services and day-to-day facility maintenance support for Ponsse USA’s Rhinelander Headquarters and associated off-site facility (Brown Shop). This role ensures a clean, safe, professional, and well-maintained environment by performing daily sanitation, routine upkeep, preventative maintenance tasks, groundskeeping, seasonal snow removal, and basic repair work. The position also supports safety inspections and operational needs as assigned.
