Colas is a subsidiary of the Bouygues Group which includes over 200,000 staff worldwide. The Role: We are looking to appoint an experienced Project WHSE Manager to join our team, based in Perth, WA. This busy, hands-on role will see you responsible for the effective management of all activities related to the health, safety and environment across our major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities include: - Lead WHS initiatives - Implement and ensure compliance with policy and procedures through all levels of the business & escalate issues to the management team for correction - Effectively communicate, consult, and assist stakeholders in achieving WHSE performance - Provide technical support and advice to the Major Project Manager, Senior Management, Operations, and other internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of WHSE matters - Implement and maintain IBMS with sites in conjunction with managers, supervisors, and the Gr...
