This role converts production plans into actionable schedules, sequences work orders, and coordinates plant-floor activities to ensure efficient execution, schedule adherence, and on-time delivery. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Comply with Westlake Safety Policies - Provide safety leadership in promoting and creating a zero-injury safety culture - Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules for assigned manufacturing areas - Sequence work orders based on priorities, equipment availability, labor, and material readiness - Communicate daily production priorities to supervisors and plant leadership - Monitor shop-floor execution and adjust schedules to address delays, downtime, or shortages - Track schedule adherence and escalating issues that impact customer commitments - Coordinate with Customer Service on...
