Responsibilities: You become co-responsible for the daily management at 1 of our production locations. Within a team of team leaders and crop managers, you are responsible for the organization of the work. This includes harvesting our tomatoes and/or directing the plants. You are in charge of 20 to 40 people and report personally to the manager labor. Your duties include: training and monitoring new and existing staff, watching over the quality of work and productivity of your employees, optimizing our labor processes, drawing up and adjusting the work planning.
