Position Summary: Assist in overall responsibilities for the after-school program through tutoring and mentoring youth, grades K-8. Qualifications: Education/Experience: - Tutoring youth in core academic subjects, completion of daily schoolwork and after-school program lessons - Leading and/or coordinating game time activities for youth - Assisting in other after-school activities - Creating a positive environment that is conducive to learning - Assist with meal preparation for after-school youth attendees - Leading in planning and/or coordinating age-appropriate recreational activities for both indoors and outdoors, weather permitting. - Run unpaid vendor list after last check run for each month. - Perform other duties as assigned - High School diploma / GED, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities - Some college in a related field preferred - 1 years’ experience working with youth in a tutoring type of capacity, preferre...
