The energetic candidate will train under the mentorship of the Lease & Rental Manager, and other dealership personnel to master sales functions. Major Duties and Responsibilities: Complete Z Factor truck knowledge course within 2 months. Attend all MPG, Peterbilt, and third-party training classes as assigned. Study truck and equipment specifications to improve knowledge of product performance and application. Gather market data and conduct research. Develop market plan and account plan for area/accounts that will fall under the candidate's responsibility going forward. Develop and maintain customer relationships. Develop customer presentations. Collaborate with fellow employees and suppliers. Follow up on all details pertaining to Lease and transaction paperwork. Secure customer commitments.
