Opportunity As Brunswick grows in scale and complexity, reward becomes a critical lever for business performance, and this role will introduce dedicated expertise to bring greater insight, coherence and governance to how Brunswick manages compensation, benefits and mobility globally. Based in London, and reporting to the Group Head of People Operations, the role is expected to collaborate extensively with Group People function, Finance, Operational Leads and wide range of regional and local People and business stakeholders. About the Role: The role underpins our ambition to build strong foundations in people operations while supporting growth, performance and innovation across the firm. The role and its work will primarily focus on non-Partner colleagues globally and deliver: - Clear global reward principles aligned to firm strategy - Stronger alignment between performance and reward across regions - Greater transparency and confidence in reward decision-making - Improved retention of high-performing and high-potential colleagues - Greater competitiveness in hiring, especially in senior talent markets - Simpler global process on reward management (salary, bonus and other elements)...
