THE OPPORTUNITY: As the Head of Reinsurance and Insurance Solutions , you will set the strategic direction and lead the execution of EML’s reinsurance strategy across the EML Group, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives. This is a highly visible role, reporting to the CEO of EML Solutions, where you will own the end-to-end reinsurance program and play a key role in shaping commercial outcomes, managing risk and supporting future growth. You will influence and partner with executive stakeholders and external partners to ensure our reinsurance arrangements are fit for purpose, financially sound and aligned to the broader business strategy.
