Role description: The Wastewater Treatment Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining water and wastewater treatment systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. This role will involve maintenance and inspection activities to guarantee the delivery of safe drinking water, effective sewage conveyance, and system readiness for fire protection. Additionally, the operator will support capital upgrades and gain exposure to Arcadis service lines and client businesses while developing technical skills. Role Accountabilities: The role will require obtaining and maintaining Class 2 licenses for Wastewater Treatment, along with participating in rotational on‑call duties and working overtime when necessary.
