Your Opportunity As Stantec's Energy & Resources group continues to grow, we have an opportunity for a Project Controller Lead to join our team for a site-based secondment in Sudbury, ON. The Project Controls Lead reports to the Client’s Project Controls Manager but on a day-to-day basis works in collaboration with the project teams. Your Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with Senior Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Planners and Schedulers, Project Accountants and other team members including clients, the Project Controls Specialist will: - Actively participate in the development of project estimates, budgets, resource plans, and schedules for all project lifecycle phases. - Fully understand the scope of the assigned project, proactively identify and communicate potential gaps and risks. - Work closely with project teams to maintain a current and accurate understanding of project status, issues and changes. - Communicate effectively with internal team members, leadership, financial managers, external clients and consultants. - Produce lagging and leading performance indicator reports including earned value, potential change order logs, risk registers, estimates to...
