Department/Unit: Health Service Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $37,440.00 - $48,672.00 The EHS ASA V utilizes customer service and organizational skills to respond to actual or potential health care documentation requirements of the EHS. The primary responsibilities of the EHS ASA V are coordination and maintenance of documents, patient charts, scanning into Agility, and records integrity. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include but are not limited to: 1. Assist Front office staff with lo 2. Scanning of documents into Agility for both real-time data management and dissolution of paper charts in office. 3. Data management in Agility 4. Pull terminations 5. Break down charts for termination, scan to shared file 6. Re-sort files from clinical areas 7. File labs and records into charts 8. Repair charts and labels as needed 9. File charts 10.
