Job Description The Associate General Counsel advises the Company concerning legal rights, obligations, and privileges by performing the duties listed below. Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 1 or more Full-time Equivalent (FTE) regular employees and/or contractors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Certificates and Licenses : Active State Bar License - Review, advise and ensure compliance with appropriate laws relevant to the Value Drivers in coordination with internal SMEs and external counsel, as needed; - Provide strategic legal advice to the Value Drivers management team; - Draft, review, assess, negotiate and develop, and verify accuracy of a variety of complex contracts, including but not limited to purchases, customer contracts, SOW, MSA,...
