Epic Population Health IT Applcation Analyst , Full-Time, First Shift UC Health is hiring a full-time Epic Population Health IT Application Analyst for the IS&T department for first shift at UC Health. The Epic Population Health IT Application Analyst is responsible for implementing and supporting designated software applications in accordance with departmental standards and procedures. Work with users to apply system functionality to production practices. Develop reports to meet users’ requirements. Develop operational procedures and test software. The IT Application Analyst assists with the configuration, maintenance, and support of Epic Population Health modules, including Healthy Planet, registries, and care management tools. This role works with analysts, clinicians, and operational teams to understand workflows and help identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiencies. The analyst supports the development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and registries to assist with population health initiatives and operational needs.
