About the department: The HRIT team is part of Global HR Support within CPBC in Szczecin. We ensure that global HR systems, with SuccessFactors at the core, operate efficiently, securely, and in compliance with all standards. The department collaborates closely with HQ and global HR stakeholders, supporting system development, governance, and continuous improvement. About the job: As a Senior HRIT Specialist, you will lead complex HRIT initiatives, act as a technical expert for the SuccessFactors platform in Employee Central and Qualtrics and/or Time and support strategic HR technology development.
