Come join our team as a Fleet Technician! The position of Fleet Technician is critical to keep the fleet at a high service rate, control maintenance and service costs, improve fleet longevity, and preserve a safe and professional fleet by working with our Lead Fleet Technician. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Conduct, manage, and communicate all fleet vehicle inspections to find vehicle issues while holding operating divisions accountable for vehicle image standards and safety. - Complete basic in-house vehicle maintenance including oil changes, filter changes, rotors, brakes, and tire repair. - Repair body and mechanical damage and coordinate major body damage repair with outside vendors. - Ensure that all vehicles receive necessary preventive maintenance scheduled within the fleet maintenance software according to mileage, date, or hours of service. - Assist in documenting all service performed, invoices, and vehicle inspections into the fleet maintenance system. - Input driver changes into various systems. - Install vehicle monitoring GPS units and work through troubleshooting within the system. - Manage the garage while the Lead Fleet Technician is visiting other company locations. - Promp...
