Essential Job Functions: (Point of Sale) Accurately enter all customer information into the POS system. (Point of Sale) Operate POS system to check out all customer purchases, returns or exchanges. (Customer Service) Answer telephone calls and welcome customers by greeting them, learning their shopping purpose, and providing customer satisfaction with a friendly, courteous and professional attitude. (Customer Service) Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and others in a position to understand merchandise requirements.
