Here at The Exploration Company, we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refuelled in orbit and that can carry cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run. We are building a company designed to scale fast, operate globally, and deliver at the highest level. That requires a fundamentally different approach to how we run People Operations. As our People Operations Lead, you will be responsible for building and running a world-class, globally scaled People Operations function. This is not a role to maintain systems, it is a role to rethink and redesign how we operate as a company. This is one of the most impactful roles right now in People Operations. You will define how People Operations works at global scale in a fast-growing, international organisation. You will have the opportunity to challenge outdated approaches, implement AI-driven solutions and build a function that directly enables performance, speed and growth.
