Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of experience in program management. - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and business stakeholders. - Experience working with AI and partnering with engineering teams. Preferred qualifications: - Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field. - 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Track record of managing and delivering complex AI/ML or large-scale data projects. - Understanding of data architecture, data warehousing, data governance, and Business Intelligence principles.
