Overview Assemble electronic or mechanical products from blueprints using assembly fixtures and power bench tools. Cut & crimp wires, form, connect and perform simple soldering in accordance with instructions. Fit and align assemblies, recognize defective parts, inspect and test final assemblies on a variety of assembly operations. Responsibilities: - Experience with Kanban Inventory process - Count and record parts from inventory with accuracy using basic math skills - Communicate shortages, scrap and delays when applicable - Read tape measure and interpret work instructions - Operate small hand and power tools - Perform cuts, crimps, connections and solder as required - Use computer software to locate and print assembly drawings - Identify and obtain accurate assembly fixtures as called by Work Order - Assemble products to Work Order specifications - Perform assembly tasks to meet daily production standards of quality and quantity - Package product for shipment - This job may be required to perform electrical assembler/packager job duties Qualifications: Education and Experience: - High school or general education (GED) preferred - Computer experience with Microsoft Office (Excel...
