Mission Outreach Coordinator (EX)

Job description

The Mission Outreach Coordinator works to advance the mission of Source both internally and externally through missionary recruitment and applications, content creation, donor engagement, and management of missionary life. This role includes leading local and national college outreach to promote the mission of Source and support long-term missionaries. The coordinator develops and maintains relationships with college chaplains, campus ministers, service coordinators, and students on behalf of the Source Program, schedules annual recruitment trips, completes registration and travel arrangements, and attends or assigns staff to attend recruitment events. The coordinator also manages the application process for summer and year-long candidates and oversees the day-to-day life of missionaries through schedule and calendar coordination. Additionally, the Coordinator gathers and records contact information for newsletters and donor engagement, collaborating with staff to send out the monthly newsletter to Source supporters.
