Location: Manhattan, NY Schedule: Full-Time, 40+ Hours per Week (Fixed Schedule; Includes Weekends) Work Setting: On-Site (Security Operations Center Environment) Compensation: $24 - $27 per hour (Based on Experience) Reports To: Manager, Scheduling & Operations About the Role: The Scheduling & Operations Specialist serves as a core member of GLOBAL OPS’ Security Operations Center (SOC). This role is responsible for real-time workforce coordination, attendance monitoring, escalation handling, and operational continuity across multiple client locations. This position is designed for highly organized, decisive professionals who thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments. The Specialist plays a critical role in stabilizing daily field operations, ensuring coverage reliability, and serving as a central coordination point between field teams and leadership.
