Description JOB SUMMARY: JOB SUMMARYWithin the context of a dynamic client and family-centred care model, and in accordance with established standards of professional practice and the vision and values of the organization, including Indigenous Cultural Safety, cultural humility and anti-racism principles, works within a Multidisciplinary therapeutic housing team for Eating Disorders on night shifts to monitor, observe, and document client behaviours, recognize unanticipated and emergent behaviours, report significant behaviours, and provide crisis interventions as required. Provides support and establishes and maintains relationships based on respect with client, their family, and their personal networks. Maintains a safe, clean, and supportive environment for clients and the team. Engages in on-going team planning and quality improvement activities. Provides ongoing support to clients to promote sleep hygiene, including assisting clients with grounding techniques, mindfulness practices, and relaxation skills.
