This role is responsible for providing technical support, system maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliable operation of access control, CCTV, and related security systems in alignment with Northland standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support and maintenance for regional access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems Program, test, commission, and support system installations and upgrades Support local alarm centers, biometric systems, and key management solutions Perform system health checks, preventative maintenance, and remote diagnostics Troubleshoot PACS, VMS, and related applications through helpdesk and ticketing systems Maintain workstation images and support peripheral devices Support system/network connectivity and perform basic LAN/WAN troubleshooting Ensure smooth transition of sites from installation to live monitoring Complete site sanity checks and support projec...
