SUMMARY: The Lead Team Member Production is responsible for the Standard Operating Procedures within the department in the absence of the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Coordinate and direct team member’s efforts, within their designated area, to insure an orderly and efficient operation. - Monitor adherence to all company work rules and policies. - Monitor adherence to all company GMP’s. - Monitor adherence to all safety and sanitation practices and procedures. - Initiate position rotation. - Designate breaks for team members. - Complete all required documentation within their assigned area. - Report all team member and/or operational issues or incidents to the Team Leader and/or Shift Leader immediately. - Perform all related duties as assigned.
