Job description

Responsibilities We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MTT Instructor to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard. Responsibilities: - Deliver instructor‑led training across CONUS and OCONUS locations (PEC, ARRTC, regional sites, and remote field environments). - Conduct classroom hands‑on exercises and practical application scenarios covering ARNG systems and required applications. - Configure and validate classroom hardware, software, and training environments; provide in‑class technical assistance for access, configuration, and performance issues. - Facilitate workflow demonstrations, discussions, and applied practice to prepare learners for operational use. - Deliver live online training via VTC, Defense Collaboration Services (DCS), and other approved platforms; adapt instruction for virtual delivery. - Coordinate with training centers, product teams, and instructional staff to validate lesson sequencing and integrate system updates into course materials. - Collect learner feedback, identify challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement of courseware and delivery methods. - Maintain rapid deployment readiness to deliver on‑site...
