Job Summary JPMorganChase’s Leveraged Finance Capital Markets (Restructuring & Debt Advisory) team operates within the Investment Banking division, specializing in advising non-investment grade companies on complex capital structure solutions, debt financing, special situations, and restructuring strategies. The team leverages deep expertise in leveraged loans, high yield bonds, and distressed debt markets to support clients facing transformational events, liquidity challenges, or operational turnarounds.
