Rogers Group Inc. is looking for an experienced grading foreman for the North Alabama Operations area reporting directly to the Area Construction Manager. This position starts at $30/hr. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and revenue generation throughout our existing operations and additional operations through growth. Job Details: Provide planning, supervision and documentation for Mass Grading/Finish Grade Operations. Responsibilities will also include training personnel in setting grade, equipment operation, and other tasks involved in excavation/grading operations related to Commercial Grading Operations.
