Position: Intake Clinician Location: Across NCN Health: EFT/Hours: Up to 1.3 EFT available (multiple positions available) Status: Permanent Part Time: Hourly Rate: (dependent upon Enterprise Agreement) plus 12% superannuation Enrolled Nurses: IB66-IB68 (Cert IV Year 1-2) & IB69 - IB72 (Diploma Level 1 Year 1-5) Registered Nurses: YP2 - YP9 (RN Grade 2 Year 1-8) Allied Health Professionals: Grade 1 - dependant on relevant qualifications and experience About the Role: NCN Health is seeking an Intake Clinician to join our Allied Health and Chronic Disease Team. The Intake Clinician provides a welcoming single point of entry to Allied Health and Chronic Disease services at NCN Health. The position facilities streamlined and timely access for clients to a wide range of community-based health services and programs across the Integrated Community Health department.
