JOB TITLE: Audit Assistant ___________________________________________________________ _____________ COMPANY: Mac’s Convenience Stores, LLC DEPARTMENT: 9220-9225 REPORTS TO: Audit Supervisor/Audit Manager FSLA STATUS: Non-Exempt DATE: November 15, 2021: POSITION SUMMARY: This position supports the Lead Auditor and the Audit Department in the auditing of stores on a monthly basis. The Audit Assistant will be responsible to count merchandise at store level in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Communicates with Lead Auditor - Communicates with Store Analyst on day of audit - Works with Audit Supervisor to ensure accurate counting of stores - Researches findings of audits if directed to do so REQUIREMENTS: - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to take ownership over work and relationships with stores - Possess strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills - Team player with a professional demeanor - Strong communication skills PHYSICAL DEMAND: Job duties may change with or without notice Circle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
