Job description

Position Summary The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and logistics operations within a fast-paced third-party logistics (3PL) environment. This role ensures efficient execution of inbound, outbound, and inventory processes while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer service. The Operations Supervisor leads a team of associates, drives performance, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to meet operational and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and returns Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet productivity and accuracy targets Monitor workflow and staffing levels to ensure optimal labor utilization and schedule adherence Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, order accuracy, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy Identify operational issues, troubleshoot problems, and implement corrective actions in real time Support inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits,...
