Environmental Services Associate- Night Shift

Job description

Provides cleaning and sanitizing services to support a safe, clean and welcoming environment. Cleans and sanitizes patient rooms, offices, clinics, clinical and procedural areas, and public spaces. Supports patient safety through consistent and high-quality service. Demonstrates ability to support the cleaning and disinfection of high-acuity clinical and procedural areas. Applies disinfection protocols and utilizes approved cleaning tools in accordance with infection control standards and hospital policy. Conducts hazardous and biohazardous waste removal in compliance with safety regulations and infection prevention protocols. Proactively communicates and collaborates with clinical teams to ensure cleaning processes support patient safety and care flow. With 15 hospitals, including seven with Magnet designation and eight with Pathways to Excellence designation, our team members are leading the way through excellence. - High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred. - No previous experience required. - Must be able to wear protective equipment/clothing required by the environment or government regulations such as gowns, gloves, goggles, rubber-soled closed-toe footwear...
