The Role: We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to assist a sociable older male participant living in Melton with an acquired brain injury (ABI), memory loss, and mental health challenges. He enjoys being out in the community, following the footy, and collecting coins. The role involves personal care support (including assistance with showering and applying lotion), medication administration under a restrictive practice , and companionship . The ideal candidate will be confident , speak clear English, and bring warmth and consistency to their support. Experience with ABI is helpful but not essential. This is a great opportunity for Support Workers seeking regular work with a Participant who is seeking a friendly familiar face.
