Job description

Overview Responsible for providing an entertaining, fun atmosphere to guests while dealing Table Games according to the rules of the game being played. Deals the following games: Blackjack (single deck, double deck, and six deck, Spanish 21), Pai Gow Variants, 6 Card Fortune Pai Gow, 3 Card Poker, 4 Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, DJ Wild & 3 Card Blitz. Other games may be required in the future. All game types have various side bets & rules that are subject to change. Poker certified Dealers will deal Poker as assigned. Responsibilities: Dealers that have been certified by management to do so, will be scheduled to work in the Poker Room performing the following duties: - Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines. - Responsible for dealing the game of Blackjack and other Core games, in accordance with gaming policies and procedures. - Demonstrates attentiveness while dealing the game with cards, placement of cards on layout and dealing with guests to ensure protection of the game and the company’s assets; including but not limited to, keeping the tray secure, keeping the cards...
