Job Description: Position Purpose: The Project Manager will coordinate day-to-day implementation of clinical research in the area of addictive behaviors and the corresponding NIH grant-funded research protocols. They will manage research staff and data collection activities across multiple sites to ensure the quality and integrity of research data. The Project Manager works closely with the PI to ensure the success of the research across all phases, including study design, data collection, data management, and reporting/disseminating findings. Responsibilities include oversight and training of Senior Research Assistants, Research Assistants, Graduate Research Assistants, and students; report preparation; assistance with grant applications and completion of Institutional Review Board (IRB) applications and reporting; designing and implementing data collection protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and procedures, managing NIH Data Sharing Archive structure and reports, monitoring research team performance; and training/assisting with research activities of doctoral students and postdoctoral fellows, when required.
