Senior Manager, Software Test Engineering (Salesforce QA) Role Overview: We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Test Manager to lead our Salesforce QA function with an automation-first mindset and a strong emphasis on AI-augmented testing. This role will drive quality excellence across Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud; Classic & Lightning) and integrated web/mobile platforms, ensuring scalable automation, intelligent tooling, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead a globally distributed team, champion shift-left testing, and influence product quality decisions through data-driven insights and executive-ready communication.
