Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Oversee end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, job changes, promotions, transfers, and separations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and scalability - Develop and refine standardized HR workflows and documentation to enhance efficiency and employee experience - Continuously improve core programs including onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and internal mobility - Manage daily administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Workday, ATS, ADP, onboarding platforms, and other HR systems - Implement data governance practices to ensure accurate, complete, and compliant employee data across regions - Drive system integration and process automation; build HR dashboards and reports to support workforce planning - Provide escalated system support and team training to improve system adoption and c...
