Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team! Specifically, we are seeking a talented and motivated Cloud-Based Analytics Developer to join our team. As part of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance analytic solutions that process heavy volumes of data. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in Java development, analytics writing, and a passion for big data and distributed computing. Qualifications: Required: - Fourteen (14) years experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university - Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree - Spark and/or MapReduce - SQL and/or NoSQL At least one of the following: - Pandas - Numpy - SciPy Ability to: - Analyze user requirements to derive software design and performance requirements - Design and code new software or modify existing software to add new features - Debug existing software and correct defects - Integrate existing software into ne...
