We provide home safety services, age-friendly home modifications, handyman support, and ongoing home maintenance solutions designed to support aging in place. We are looking for a relationship-driven Senior Home Safety Outreach Liaison to help us build referral partnerships in the senior care and healthcare community. This is not a clinical treatment role. Instead, this position focuses on community outreach, referral relationship development, education, and helping connect older adults and families with practical home safety solutions.
