The Opportunity: The Senior Business Analytics Specialist works closely with the entire Analytics team and other business units to contribute to the development and support of the Member Insight product. This includes supporting end-user engagement processes, report development for clients, creating educational assets and training materials, enhancing existing products or services, monitoring daily files, and communication strategies as assigned.
