SUMMARY OF JOB PURPOSE AND FUNCTION: The Financial Controller leads the core controllership functions for VCA Animal Hospitals, including accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, and treasury. This role is accountable for maintaining the integrity of financial results, ensuring a strong internal control environment, and serving as a key partner to support business performance and decision-making. As a senior finance leader within the Mars Veterinary Health ecosystem, this role partners closely with field and support office leadership to ensure financials accurately reflect operations, support growth, and enable strategic priorities. The Controller also plays a critical role in advancing automation, standardization, and finance transformation initiatives.
