Job Summary: Provides leadership and coordination of unit staffing while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES - Assigns, directs, educates and monitors nursing and support staff during assigned shift.
