About the role: As a key frontline support professional, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for students, providing guidance, advice, and end-to-end support across a wide range of enquiries and situations. You’ll help students navigate university systems, policies, and support services while working collaboratively with teams across the university to achieve positive outcomes.
