Scheduling shifts, and providing training and coaching opportunities for staff. Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking. Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and late hours when necessary. Specific Requirements of the Role: Oversee food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. Manage inventory and purchases food and supplies.
