About the Role: As the Channel Manager for our Impulse / Food Service Out of Home (OOH) channel, you will lead and manage our BeLux OOH team. Your role will involve developing a strategic vision for your channel in order to achieve the company's set goals. You will be responsible for the P&L of the channel in Belux, working closely with the Sales Director to define and implement the entire business plan. Main Responsibilities: In this role, you will lead, design, recommend & implement the relevant annual strategy and business action plan to deliver targets, in collaboration with Trade Marketing. You will increase sales revenue through development of specific customer/channel plans including new business development, product presentations, promotional & merchandising programs, trade show plans, ensuring overall effective account management in order to reach defined annual sales forecast for the channel. You will support, when needed, your Key Account Managers (KAMs) team in concluding annual commercial cooperation agreements.
