About this role We’re hiring a senior paid media specialist to own and scale paid acquisition across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and selected external networks — with a single objective: consistent trial and pipeline growth in the US market. Join if you’re analytical, self-directed, and comfortable being held accountable for direct outcomes. You’ll operate inside a fast-moving First Impression Experience team and leverage the reach of our product ecosystem — Text App, LiveChat, HelpDesk, ChatBot — to turn paid visibility into trials, trials into QLs, and QLs into revenue. What you’ll do: What good looks like (first 90 days) - Own the paid acquisition engine end-to-end: planning, execution, optimization, scaling. - Architect a clean, scalable campaign structure aligned with trial/QL goals. - Manage pacing, forecasting, and budget efficiency with clear guardrails. - Run funnel experiments. - Partner with Content, Video, Design, and Marketing Automation to improve conversion across the journey. - Maintain tracking hygiene (GA4, BigQuery, GTM, UTMs) and enhance attribution quality. - Deliver clear, actionable insights — what happened, why, and what we change next. - Deliver a paid acquisit...
